"ZYZZ""GHOSTLORD""ZYZZ" Hah, glad you took it seriously. Though I'll never put down my job as advisor. xD In regards to this thread I think publicising the armory profiles is a great step, especially since it allows me to spy on you guys more. :) And yes, rumours are damaging not just to the victim but to the community. As said earlier by someone people take the forums as a reflection ingame (though it's grossly overstated until you get to lvl 50+). They might decide not to play if there's soo much bullshit going on.

Sidenote - Weren't you that mage from eSoma with banded armour? No 4th etc..?
If that argument means anything I will step down from being advisor - clearly a lvl 43 esoma noob is not fit for the job.
Rofl - its a private joke, calm down Ghost, you've got my vote, do a great job as an advisor.
Ghost, as this thread will be seen by no man after 6pm GMT - assuming you've been keeping tabs on the whole thing, can you please cliffnote it and sum it up to GMs later? Rather than them reading the whole thing, raging etc.
Far more beneficial if you mediate the whole thing. Its not just us, simple. ~edit~ All armories should be public, to stop rumours.

"ZYZZ"I had a convo w/ Style/Openthedoor last week and one of their issues with EQ was that we had duped +6 INT rings etc. so we all agreed to put our armories public. Calling out Quimm to make his armory public as well since it was him who actually got banned for duping and its still private. "ZYZZ"All armories should be public, to stop rumours.

'ZYZZ' No it's not just you, but a lot of it does stem from your guild. Weather it be today, yesterday or 6 months ago your guild gave a lot of people shit and I'm assuming they want payback. However I do agree that an eye for an eye isn't really going to solve this situation as this thread clearly shows, it's just getting out of hand. Someone mentioned before a clear set of rules so people can work by them and if they don't, then warn/banhammer away. +1 to the edit too, don't see why it makes a difference if people can see your gear?

"YOSHIMITSU"'ZYZZ' It doesn't all stem from our guild at all it is very much an eye for an eye situation that people just fail to grasp or acknowledge no_mercy's part in this, when they had GV they done exactly the same and previous to that. Like Iphios said its kill on sight, which is fine, but there has to be a line where harassment comes into it which is spawn following, in my opinion.

I think some of you guys need to realize that it's a game and soma is about the community, which is constantly being destroyed by grief pkers. Why would someone want to play a game whenever they attempt to hunt they can't ? Everything that is currently going on in the community isn't exactly motivating isylver to keep working on the server, after all why would he want to continue with people who ruin the community?

Exactly what I said to Style/Yoshi last week.. PKing is PKing, harassment needs to be dealt with but first GMs need to establish and post to what harassment is then deal with every single case without preference.

"HOHOHO"Rofl, what is Soma turning into... Soon we'll have pk mode permanently off due to the constant fucking moaning. ISylver made it clear in November if you follow a player spawn to spawn it's harassment, ctrl+B and send him screenshots via PM, don't make a thread or post on the forums about it. @Deamond Did you just choose to ignore this?

As to the big abuse rumours, you guys don't help yourself.
I was told yesterday that you guys knew about the GVW /repair bug since Xmas, but never once told a GM about it? I am sorry but that's down right shady. Making armouries public only goes so far, actually stepping up and reporting bugs and glitches rather than abusing them or not telling anyone is what should happen. +1 on public armouries though. It's a start. I won't comment on other rumours or hearsay regarding exploits. But stopping alliances with devils could also go some way into improving server relations. Rather than saying "we don't do it , or yes we do but so does no mercy" actually just be the bigger man and stop doing it all together. A lot of people playing this like we are still 14 year olds on dial up.
