Hi there,

I heard from someone that there is a bump to upgrade success rate at 150 skill. Is this true? Or is it the same upgrade chance for everyone above 100? How does that work?

I was also wondering: Does it matter if the item upgraded is repaired to full dura?

Last of all, does anyone know the success rate percentage when using a ToE? (Even just appoximately?)

Success rate is the same for each upgrade and is dependent how high you are going. Ie +1 is easier than +2 and onwards.

For all created upgrade you need 100 access, armor or weapon skill. Dropped upgrades generally don't need any skill at all - though it's always safe to ask a crafter.

Can say that on the standard files, "crafted upgrades" as i don't know what changes have been made on here, success rates on upgrading were higher with 150+skill in an artisan craft and 200skill, those were the only boosts in success rates. Ghostlord, are you saying that has been changed to a static rate on these files to be set if you have 100 or 200, it'll be the same?

As stated by ghostlord, ToW, RDT, DT, CT, drugs and blue pills (known as dropped upgrades) require 0 skill to add, unless that's also changed on here.

MaxMakeExp is skill in artisan craft (wep, arm, acc)

I was never aware of this. I only know about the 100 skill required.

So many myths about crafting it's hard to know what's true untill Finito confirms it, ha.
