I'm in the same boat, except with dsoma axe skill. With the upped rates, I've done roughly 50% of a level, and not had a single increase in axe skill at 141+ skill. This is definitely not the norm, so I think there is something wrong. I looked and there's no padlock or togglable option to unlock or lock skill... Send help lol [/quote]
