When does dex go up? .5 .6 or .0?

SHAKBOWKNUK	Hi All, I am just wondering if anyone knows for certain when dex goes up? E.g. when will I have 100 dex if my dex is 99+? Is it 99.5, 99.6 or is it actually at 100.0? FEEBLE	Ah hah, told guildmate was same as esoma. There used to be an evasion calculator website; you would put in your dex, evasion, etc. and would tell your acc/Eva rate.
