For a 500 recoil stinger, you'd be looking at needing to trade some really good premade weapon or armour and/or quite a lot of diamonds / a swift spirit or two.
To get 500 recoil on an intense stinger with 1023 recoil, you'd need each Toe added to take off the maximum recoil, which is very, very rare. Failing that, it would need to have had swift spirits used on it and then you're talking a lot more difficult to get.
