Bosses, team work, community spirit, rewards

Most of us know too well how the boss system works in that the last hit rewards a player, this system is outdated and only acts to treat players as a solo game this imho goes against everything that soma is.

The great concept of the negamare boss was a great strive forward in promoting team work, race work, but sadly even this didn’t go far enough in that it still only rewards 1 player at the end.

We need a system that rewards everyone that takes part, ie for Nega those that do the running for there race to do crystals should be rewarded, those that deal with the minions should be rewarded, those that deal with Nega should be rewarded this would create a spirit amongst the players and make it worthwhile for anyone to attend.

Create a system that rewards everyone to attend bosses and by doing this grow the community and it’s spirit.

happened to me with dio was killing it for bout 20mins then china comes and gets the kill -_- didnt even share they greedy tool

it would be possible to have it fire out 1 random drop item to all who attend bosses, whether using quest type system. i.e. land xxx amounts of hits and when it dies it awards you. and whoever gets last hit gets the actual drop auto to there invent. or incase of low inventory, it awards a boss killed quest and you can collect your loot at a later time in town.

Only thing I could think of with current game system is major bosses get a repeatable quest.
When X amount of damage has been dealt (say 1 kill worth)
You get a choice of 3 items from its drop file?

Same with crystals for nega.
Run say 30 crystals grants a hard+ nega wep or item drop (let's face it that would be easy and when accompanied repeatable it would be too easy to warrant a rare nega wep imhi
