Warmess wis need looking at tbf
As ferals have 240 int and mage caped with 249 int they wont get onto warmess wisard till next cap rise Plus the min dmg on warmess wis is high so they hurt no matter your wis Id advise you could do them from lvl 100 (in robes) however they are worse than ferals in every way, the drops look tastey but kill rate is so slow, exp like 8% each hunt worse than ferals Iv just always looked at them as they rdy for next cap rise, at 249 int you will probly hurt them more to get more exp and higher kill rate
