Delay in anvil.

LUPISCUS	the ' no risk +2'' is a great step forward.. great for every1 would be nice to have a few %'s and success rates possible for knowing how things work, and if 150 or 200 skill has any increased success. Before this update, 150 and 200 skill were supposed to have some advantage/ buffs/ increased chance, so... if no change now, after the +2 ...do these buffs/ advantages still apply? RAVENSOUL	From the look of the guaranteed +2 it bears well for all players from casual to hardcore in that it should allow more players to do the back up system from +2 onwards much more. I will say this it’s been invigorating to see the world shouts will plenty of players wanting to trade which can only be good for the economy of Soma, I know many players were hoarding things waiting for the anvil change so hopefully lots of trades to be had. I will definitely be testing the anvil in 2-3 days time so hopefully these new anvil’s are a step in the right direction. POISON	what Id like to know is, I had a bow that got upped to +1 before the new anvil. Same bow got upped yesterday to +2....so does the +2 on new anvil count as +1 ?
