FLICKTHEBEAN	"CHOPTIMUS"8.5% chance to make a item +5... That's ridiculously low wtf They are the figures on my 'rolling odds' +0 to +5 so old style was 5 chances to break, new is 3 chances to break. (differing odds at each stage but equal to the overall percentages given above) Huge improvements by removing 2 hurdles. The amount of weapons broken to +1 and +2 over the years..
