Undo Upgrade

As we have the new anvil, would it be possible to have an 'undo upgrade' option whereby we are returned the original item?

Personally, im not bothered about returning any of the upgrade materials.

would defeat the purpose. people would just redo items to get the maximum recoil off for first 2 upg's

If it was limited to tags epic and below, and rolled the stats like combine. I don't think anyone would be rushing to abuse it.
