Banter how everyone multis and hardcore levels then once they hit cap or near end game they complain of boredom etc lol.... if you hadn't of had 4 different people to play the game for you, maybe you'd still have things to do on your char lol
Not bothered by it at all, each to their own on how they play, I simply just think it's banter It's the nature of the beast though, it will happen with anything, no one understands moderation anymore, it's always too much or too little. I've been Brad Cole Good night

The amount of people who play this game in general (compared to the majority of other online games) is so ridiculously low that even if a few people quit or stop playing its very noticeable. There will never be a huge increase of players and it's inevitable as the server life goes on people will get fed up and leave and even more so with all the bug abuse, duping, multi's, bots, macros so on so forth.

Soma is a extremely old 2d isometric game :p you have to put in a insane amount of hours to be even remotely viable in open world PvP. It was impressive that the u/c breached 200 at launch imo, shows how much the "old guard" community loves the game ;o
The new genre of 'themepark' MMO's with decent graphics cater for the casuals you can cap level in a few days/weeks and companies like Blizzard and Ncsoft focus more on end game content gear grind with instances etc. That's why 99.9% of new players who actually try Soma won't bother after being in game for like 10 minutes, also there's literally no direction ingame e.g. no starter quests which help you learn Soma.

A bot that has been integrated into the client would be useful for those that don't have a bot, to prevent AFK botting, simply have hard coded perimeters to automatically stop the bot after 5 mins? or 3 mins? or even random timings to benefit the player again, as sometimes it might run for 3 mins before he pressing hunt again or sometimes could get a nice 10 min run, anyway you get the point, so it constantly needs to be started by a manual player but he gets a few mins of the char hunting mobs itself, would be ideal to save RSI and good for making a cuppa or skinning a doob, even though afk for those few minutes you are still having to focus some time on soma but not 100% on it, which is in any case soul destroying lol.
Also, casual crafters should get rested XP on crafting skills under 100 as do casual hunters who craft in town, they receive rested leveling XP. Once 100 skill or more, they shouldn't be able to get any more rested crafting skill. I've been Brad Cole Thank you

I bot all the time on my laptop which sits next to me. Without a bot i wouldn't be able to play, but it allows me to play and work at the same time. I'm probably the most social in my guild since im always at my computer and i can play for longer. I think it is the same for alot of people, we're all a lot older than when we started soma and we have busy lives, i cant sit there clicking all day, the only way i can be a part of the game and the community is by using a bot. And I can't stress enough how much more social i am since using one. All I ever do now is chat shit in guild chat :D
Compared to multis and pilots, at least by using a bot im always there at my keyboard and online, it just does the clicking for me. I'll always say, its the multis which ruin servers.

Unfortunately as the population is reducing we are left with nothing more then tossers, botters and pilots. To make things even worse, devil soma has recently had an influx of some of the tossers that play human soma. Think it's time I sit this one out.... Enjoy abusing each other and burning the server to the ground guys
