It's still in place however you can now hunt any mob up until 84 str and so long as you don't go more than 11 str over the mobs str, you will gain stats at the +50 rate.
After 84 str it reverts back to normal so for maximum gains, you would do BLG 84-94str, Hoarde 91-105, BLG 105-111, Hoarde 111-125, BLG 125-131. Dex gained are based on str gains so it's all based around your str v mob str

This doesn't seem to work for INT mobs like wraith. tested at 70 str 11% a str at wraith 5% at warmess
