There used to be an ingame guide with crafting recipes / spell reqs / armour and wep reqs too.. is this now so out of date that it's not used or is there somewhere I can download and install this?

I haven't played in an age, have just punched to 30 con and now I have absolutely no clue about aura reqs or at what dex/skill i get new bows or new armours :(
