Medusa Top - Incorrect accuracy adjustment

DONKA	[Epic] Medusa Top (F)+1 Defense : 3~19 Weight : 8 Durability : 2600 Req. Con : 12 Req. Wis : 12 Modified accuracy + 3%~2% should be 3-3%, when upgrading it goes 3-2%, but works, as 2-3%, overall act as 0.5 upgrade as avarage goes to 2.5% instead of 3%, any chance to get it fixed?
