Not sure if this is bugged or intended - cant get this spell from abias - its there in the option white spell list but nothing happens when you click on it ??
EDIT - forget it just needed 50 white skill :) Normally it tells you requirements even if you don't have them -

Also if u upgrade to lvl 2 u need 55 skill to use and not to upgrade
