I was told rested is 2x current rates, but whenever I'm off rested it feels so slow.

For example at around level 62-63, each evolved beast gave me 1.89% on rested. Off rested it gave me 0.66%.

Any explanation? I'm knuckle btw.

It's always been 2.5~3x faster on rested, or at least that's what I've found
