Time to quit

Hi guys
Such a shame but i think its time for me to quit soma . During lockdown i started playing again enjoyed the game . Until pk getting griefed is no fun and not 5/6/7v1 . So thanks tibi fire trap i know u say its part of the game but not to the degree you chase grief / abuse bare in mind im not even capped . I tried taking the 2 hits without attacking back some how didnt work which i assume is a bug . I also tired to say 1v1 n lets leave it at that but no . Im not here for a argument etc just wanted to play and enjoy a game . So id rather not get into a debate . I cba logging with the few hours i have to relax to be chased whats the point . Wish everyone the best for the future .

"GOOLIES"Hi guys It's probably the guild you are in, they support one side which means other side will pk you. There are couple of neutral guilds where you can probably have more peace if you just wanted to hunt without a headache. Also taking 2 kills (not hits) works as long as you haven't attkd someone few mins before. Avoid going pk mode also (I doubt this breaks immunity but never tried). Anyways though, its only a game... you train etc so you can fight others, you can't quit 10hours after pk mode is back =/

It's probably the guild you are in, they support one side which means other side will pk you.
There are couple of neutral guilds where you can probably have more peace if you just wanted to hunt without a headache.

Hi there,
It is absolutely not my intention to make anybody quit this game. You got killed a few times this morning/afternoon after fighting back with me. You said it wasn't fair there was a group of us PKing and you were just one person so the rest of them cleared off and you wanted to 1v1... I killed you twice 1v1 and then left you alone to go rejoin my group who were pking at mags. I even PMed you to say that I won't repeatedly kill you. You also PMed me some salty comments when you managed to warp away. At the end of the day I'm not going to say sorry for player killing. I will say that I do not want anybody to quit the game over a few PKs. You're in an enemy guild. If you'd like then move to a neutral guild or take the two deaths and hunt free for an hour. But please don't quit the game and also don't blame it on me. You sent me abusive PMs when you managed to escape a few times and seemed to be enjoying yourself at that stage so I don't know what I'm meant to do...

I know how you feel,
Looking after a 16 week old baby full time i just want to log on and chill. Pvp for me is more an evening thing based around the day's event etc. I enjoy going out pvping but it is annoying when you are just trying to mags and chill or lvl to be hounded after hunting for 3 mins. (I am guilty of this as well i might add) My suggestion of t0-12 being pvp time and 50% more exp gained and t13-23 being pvp turned off on all maps apart from tyt ( to still allowed for pk wars) might work this day and age.

Unfortunately some people haven't grown up since playing esoma and resort to killing noobs notoriously 24/7 and acting like a 6 year old because they have nothing better to do. When there is even numbers they won't fight, they will just hide or log out.
Its a sad state that soma is in when you can't have an even pk war.

im not here to cause any issues . The morning/afternoon you speak of are my only two times a day to chill . I probably get 3 hours overall a day , getting pked twice along with running / getting chased maybe wastes a hour , alongside re potting or penatly if i do mess up and run out of resis . If i do get immunity for 1 hour after grabbing pots and gear i get 40 mins to rush grind if im lucky and 9 month old dosent wake up .
Worst thing is when uve had no sleep or your stressed from irl and your decide to log to focus on something else to chill and just get hounded . Out of my personal time to relax and play a game i enjoy this just isnt feasible. Sub i like your idea all the best .

Dsoma has similar people, i was hounded by sh1vs for a while today and even when i was around lvl 50-60 he had multiple ranges of archers logged out at my hunt spots, the reason he gave for trying to pk me today was for simply hunting by side talrasha, managed to kill him 1v1 then he logged on gentry followed by nitefall to attempt it again, certainly people do this kinda stuff without thinking about the consequences it has on others.

People haven’t been able to pk for 2 weeks. In turn you have been levelling fine for 2 weeks.
It was always going to be a 48-72 hour shitshow when it got turned back on. All the new gear and stats people want to do something with it all. Leave it a couple of days and balance will be restored. I can’t speak for everyone, but arcanix are truly the only neutral guild imo. You won’t be griefed or targeted.
