The way they cap is by locking their int at 115 and use a tank so they can aoe enslaved beasts till cap. Also on the dev archer video u left out the part the % system/build/and md gear prob epic/intense part with oes

The only true way to see how unbalanced or balanced for RvR is for 100% each race, as it stands this % system will not give you a true account of balance.

i completely disagree with this thread, being a devil that's been @ 3 of the last 4 Wotw
Human melle do roughly 100 a hit chars like gentry yeoey khardasian? fully rip through me with their bows i have maxed con but my dex is like 121, they never miss and i cannot cast. I also had shakira standing in peace tanking me 1v1 in melle gear whilst i was full MA /proc mages are squishy but 1 v1 with humans should be able to outpot can i ask where the fight was? map % etc will have effected it

RVR needs a dramatic rebalance to reflect the numbers involved in todays' game - there needs to eb a significant closing of the gap

I remember back in esoma tanking tears, charun, Ooga, jet, oz and others many times at wotw but that was when level cap was 100 and bag weight from crafting hadn’t been nerfed like on here then you take the numbers and the % system then it was fine. At moment at every cap increase it creates more unbalance for one race but it’s a hard thing to find a true balance due to the fact at any given wotw etc humans jump onto there devils or devils jump onto there humans and you don’t get a true account of the true numbers to use as a starting point to address the race situation to make it more enjoyable, more fun or more balanced.
Yes devils are meant to be much more stronger than humans but only if all equations have been taking into account and addressed correctly will you get balance for a greater balance in battles.

I understand that devs are supposed to be stronger but none of you can sit there and honestly justify a devil outpotting 10+ humans for over 10 seconds, if you think this is fair and balanced you are deluded..
My suggestion is not to nerf dev chars outside of wotw purely within. ...
