Suggestion: Rested EXP in Freemode

I honestly cant think of anything negative that can come out of this, the way I see it encourages me to actually go out and farm mats/ or do daily for marks.

Rested takes ages to regain anyway so this would hardly even effect rate at which people donate for rested pots.

Exactly. Every single % takes longer but it would cover the whole level if this happened.
