Hi all does anyone have a spawn time for Inwhang? I've been trying to find him for weeks.
I saw a thread from a year ago that it should be every 3 days at 8pm GMT, but I noticed that 1 time (in game) is not exactly 10 minutes so it will skew over time. Thanks!

Once someone has found Inwhang, he will spawn 36 hours after that (or 36 hours after a server restart).
For example, if I found him on a Monday at 08:00, he will spawn again Tuesday at 20:00. As for co-ords, he was someone near the Black Magic NPC near the graveyard when I found him. It will be easier if you use the Trace aura to find him. Also, to upgrade to level 4 magic, you will need a Large Diamond.

Make Inwhang permanently spawned imo, just remove moral gain for low moral chars.
Getting a LD is a massive ball ache for new chars as it is, never mind having to search for an npc that spawns every 36 hours for another char to steal it for moral points they could gain in 5 mins at warban.
