Proc stat not showing in trade window.

SERB	Can this be looked at, currently buying any proc item you run the risk of being scammed as it dose not show which proc is on the item. SERB	Shows how many times it been upgraded but no other information so you only see +4. FINITO [Staff]	It will eventually get fixed, its like it because don't have an easy way to add them in will take some effort. The game has multiple different implementation of item tooltips and only some of them have patches to apply the new item specials I think when I was looking at it before it was actually looking easier to re-implement the whole UI e.g. Trade Window rather than try to fix the tooltip code.
