Dan stated that they are working on new mobs and once this is done they will look at increasing the lvls to 130.

if we get 5 more levels, with new mobs.....
mele guys aren't gona do more int..coz they gona be stuck doing nms/valks..and will never see wasps, nvm new int mobs similarly.. mages.. will have to spend at least 5 levs of doing trolls, and will never see the new mele mobs.. so warriors will continue dex/str and mages will just do the new int mobs resulting in the ever increasing gap between mage and warrior builds .. better to have 5 more levs for a bit of 'catching up' for both builds b4 introducing new mobs .. imo mayb tho.. summat new is always good x

Lupi you keep banging on about this ‘catching up’ when you’ve just been given 5 levels to do so and you chose not to. We need new mobs so mages can continue on their int instead of having to do str and become more tanky.

u have a crystal ball and know what i chose to do? clever guy
There's lots of guys with only 1 mele character.. proly around 100 int.. they can't hunt elders without a shit load of pots... with 120-140 int and new robes they could hunt elders.. so that will make them feel a bit more included.. if new mobs come they just gona be banging out more dex and str.. and the mages with 250+ int gona be 1 bangin em more than they are now... maybe a huge gap between mage and warrior is a good thing.. but with all the moans atm.. not so sure its a good thing for these gaps to increase i got 4 capped with varying stats.. so doesnt bother me at all wotever happens

I guessed due to your constant whinging and whining on the matter, the other guys ‘with only one melle’ char were also given the last 5 levels to balance their chars. They chose not to.

5 more levels is 5 more levels. Only benefits the server even more, we cannot tell people what stats to train, if they want to do more dex and str good on them. If mages want to do more int, let them, what’s the problem? If you want to hunt elders gain more int, can’t see any better logic

There's so much unused content and potential that could be used before that but it's still a good idea if done correctly. Make the gains like 1 hour per 1% on rested, if not more. Make it so the people who are at the top of the ladder and want to stay at the top of the ladder have to work damn hard to stay there. Make it a hell of a grind to get there. This will allow for further contentt to be updated/reworked/added rather than keep having to up the cap. Maybe add in a level 125+ map where immunity is 4 kills per hour and 1/2 dedicated int/str mobs that you can hunt that have totally different drop files rather than just having everything drop from 1 mob. Just my 2p

If mages want to do more int, let them, what’s the problem? If you want to hunt elders gain more int, can’t see any better logic Personally I think its the stat rise that will kill it. Melee can either gain int and lose damage due to new rise and new mobs or gain str and still be destroyed by tank mages. Iv never understood why int cap is 230 and str cap is 239. If the int cap was the same as Str cap im sure that the current state of tank mages wouldn't be as melee heavy, this alone would add more viability to those that are melee and narrow the current gap. If its another 5 levels can you see most melee who have 100 int (to be anywhere near 230 str not many will have more) raise more then 170 in them 5? If the new stat ceiling is 250 as I am hearing whispers of I personally can only see it widening the gap of the current tank mage meta. If i was to gain int during these next levels I would lose any damage advantage I currently have as a melee. I would rather see some form of end game content, maybe a guild war system that rewards guilds weekly on an elo basis, a new RvR event where pos rewards are relevant or a new high risk high reward map where pvp/rvr is encouraged, Hell id even go as far as saying remove elder mags from Vod and place them in conti so were on par with devils and make Wotw actually something worth attending. As once the new cap is achieved itll be the same again. Farm mags or pk (if its turned on). I am also one that thinks leveling 1-100 should be faster as lets face it, there is nothing to do other then level during them times and the game only gets fun after level 100 when you can compete in everything to some degree of success.

+1 Sijou.
Way way way too soon for another cap raise, I really don’t see the need right now - it’s been like 6 months!? The UC is popping, I went to a couple of GVW’s and they were crazy busy. Wouldn’t it make sense to take a bit more time with the next cap raise, focus on some QoL changes and maybe some new PVP options (less toxic one’s ideally, look at the diff between toxicity levels of PK war’s and WOTW.) Offer more RVR events, make conti more prestigious, bring 3 v 3/5 v 5 battles in, reformat SS so it’s not basically pointless for one race. There’s so much that could and IMO should be done before making people do another 5 levels then be back in the exact same situation again, except with worse balance.

Don’t need another cap raise yet, as matthew still has about 10 chars to cap yet!

I'm worried about any cap raise as it feels like it will only benefit a few builds and will throw off the game balance even more like people have mentioned.
If the new mobs at cap raise allow you to go past 230 int / 239 str, there will only be a few builds that will benefit. Melee chars with high dex / low int and mages. A lot of builds capped with 200-220 str/int and will need to spend most of the cap raise levels just working towards the old stat caps. This means a relatively small % of people will be benefiting from the new mobs much sooner than others and it will only increase the gear difference (presuming the new mobs will drop better like all past cap raises). Another worry is that it will rule out certain builds. New mobs always seems to have a silly increase in def / att dex which means tank mages with 100 int will have no chance of getting past 239str if the new mobs have 130+ def dex. It means having to level more than 1 char to experience the full game (which I don't mind, if rates are faster).

100% int cap needs to go higher to stretch out stats. At the moment almost all mages are tanks by default not really by choice.
I would also like to see some Dex armour introduced, maybe 120/125 Dex which again if it was deemed good enough might also see some mages focus on Dex a little. I think you want to be doing things to encourage variation as much as possible. I am all for a new mobs and 5 levels.

the stat diff between int and strength should be +30 for equal damageout put. as in:
warrior 170-180 dex 255-260 str mage: 260 int 230 str or 260 str and 230 int Dsoma thi is easy to impleemnt, Human soma they can use quests to achieve this just make stat gains real low and like +5-6 stats per a quest done for int and sterength obviously dex would be 3.3 per a quest done Being one banged without weaken by a tripple proc at 120 int is a joke. People can say aw get more int etc, why aren't mages being told to get more dex yet the damageoutput on a warrior remins crap
