Hi,
I have killed negamare the other day and went to collect the quest but this was bugged and although it has completed the quest - I have not received my reward. I think my bag slots were full. Can someone look into this please as this was one of a kind quest :) Thanks.

This is the quest named "Damned", right?
If so we don't have a reliable way to know if the quest was completed without the reward given (especially when your character has item logs for some of the items which are rewards of the above quest) so unable to take any action at this time.
