Myth of Soma Elections

CORLEONE	Hello all, I am proposing an election for the leader of TYT. (Hsoma) This person would be elected by the community (you). What would the role do? The winner of the election would be in charge of a group or counsel of 3 players. The aim would be to find the most neutral leader for this. After winning the election the leader would pick his/her own 3 member counsel. The 3 counsel members would listen to issues of abuse/racism/botting etc, report to the leader and discuss with each other the most severe issues and recommend and discuss with the GMS as representation of the community. Seeing if the community would be interested in this would be the first step. Second step would be finding out who can vote as many people have multiple characters etc etc. Third step would be the candidates and then the election itself and finally the leader would be appointed. I have not discussed this with anyone. Players or GMs. I would recommend picking someone who you all trust to run this. (this person would not be elected to leader or on the board/counsel) Someone who has good knowledge of the players and who their alts are. I see this as not gameplay focused but more community focused. So what do you all think? Is this a good idea?? I think something similar has been discussed before. Glad to hear your thoughts! Yes maybe a bit too complicated but I really think an advisor or a small group would be perfect. It would benefit the game a lot IMO. There are a lot of issues a small chat could sort.
