Change the min/max eva/acc you can get from dex difference.
from 20/80 to 40/60 or 50/50. this way human melee will have a chance against devils and mages will have a bit of a better chance to dodge a hit or 2. it will also help other classes compete more evenly on dsoma instead of every1 going unhittable archer keep PVE the same.

I hate when humans constantly moan about devils and want to make silly changes.
If you want to hit "dexy" archers on dsoma as a human then wear accuracy set. 11,7,7,7 = 32% + 4-7% accuracy necklace + an extra 7% with shield - don't think you can ask for more :) As for PVP there are ways to kill dsoma archers/dexy players spear vs archer 2 archers vs 2 melee 2 archers vs 2 melee Not saying spear, sword has it easy on dsoma but we don't need the above suggestion to be implemented :)

with the current dex gap.
a devil archer with dodge and nhs helm will be at 93% eva over a human and most devils also assuming a human has maxed out accuracy that is still 61% evasion in armour. thats assuming characters have all out maxed items. which alot dont.

"PHARMA"with the current dex gap. stone him and use timed auras :) anyways devils and humans has always been str/dex vs int and if on dsoma archers decide to go all dex/eva we have ways to drop them and they will sacrifice a lot of damage.
