I’ve not heard of anyone working on refining the recipes for the rings, I think due to time it takes to gather enough mats per try is the main obstacle and not many selling the mats that are required sadly.

i think this is pretty close, i have tried - 10 of each x 4 and 0 success
but as raven mentioned the robust is purely dropped by 1 mob - mag whelp. So a pain to get as its only dropped 1-3 a time n that is IF it drops. Since just before cap raise I have been hunting solely Conti mags purely because vod drops are pants in comparison. If we dont own conti - i dont hunt. If i get to bored of waiting i may do a Whelp run.

Can confirm 53 bone 45 metal 20 wood + 1 med amethyst works for int rings.
53 40 40 failed one try only. 51 all failed one time too. Burned through most of my amethysts, thats as low as i got cutting 5 wood a time. Hopefully it shows you dont need so much wood to alleviate the farming problem. str ring 61 bone 25 metal 15 wood 1 med sap works.

during making a few tonight i have lowered the dex rings a little didn't do a massive jump being a med ruby a go but :
atm 55 robust wood - 40 scarlet metal - 65 bones - 1 med ruby. did try 1 @ 40 robust - 40 scarlet - 60 bones - 1 med but 1 / 1 failed so gave up on that as not many rubys to waste. so may be a 1 off may not.
