can we make poison proc (bitter bone) level 4 range. the same as burning please?

tested tonight for an hour and so and there seems to be 2 versions of stutter step with poison - a big stutter where it is easy to stone and a smaller stutter where it is like they are not poisoned at all, when poisoned it should stagger your step to reduce the range you can run compared to normal.
