To be fair the the GM's .. if there wasn't a proliferation of botters and ppl taking the piss..they wouldnt be around so much checking on players.
So , mayb theres an occasional player banned for spurious reasons, or maybe he had a semi reasonable excuse..... like taking a pee while he punched his birthday bug.. but in the end... Blame the dickhead botters for the situation the GM's are in.. not the GM's. They try do a fair job with the time they have. If they make a mistake sometimes.. well ...say no more.. blame the assholes players.. not them End of tbh

with the addition of GM 1 click to kill a mob. whether you click and go to do something and a gm appears after and u dont reply or w/e shouldnt mean a ban though. if it did however go on to attack something else then yes he is afk and it is doing something else. i have seen people banned for being AFK in town just standing in the wrong spot. people banned for standing on the wrong spot of a map where a boss spawns *there are other ramps* people banned for literally no reason at all. at a crafting station you can put materials up click lock the produce button and go make a cuppa. *GM made this possible with update* i think the system of bans needs a look at.
if a gm appears next to you at craft station or hunting and you are by right *afk* but not using anything illegal. why would that deserve a ban when you are using the mechanics of the game the way the GM made them

If they were being fair then why can't they do a simple check to see what someone is saying is true. Fact is it looks like unless your actual friends with them then they don't give a toss and have no respect to communicate like actual adults.

Dude I have played the game since beta and way before p2p and on this test server. I have never once been suspended or banned. What I am saying is that there was a comment on here from someone saying and openly admitting they bottled and they stopped but nothing was done.
All I'm saying is that if you send a pm why can't you get a grown up answer instead of just "you were afk"?. I have had proper communication now but how come it was so hard to get when you can see when your messages are read? I'm not saying loads of people have not had respect from them I'm saying you see some rules for some and another for the rest sometimes. Most of us on here are grown ups and have played since beta and average age will probably be 30 or above. I don't usually concern myself in politics etc but all I ask is if there is an issue then if you are being polite and civil then why can't you get the same respect back. As I said I have had decent responses now but why so hard to communicate like adults?

Dude how can I reply on a character that's suspended? I'm not talking on anyone's behalf but my own. I told you I don't concern myself in politics of game and never have because it would drive me crazy.
I'm commenting on what has also been written in this post too. Also with how hard it was to actually get a proper discussion about it and asking gm to check what I say is true. If he checked and couldn't see or thought I was in the wrong then fine nothing I can do but all I asked was they check the info and see instead of just giving a few words reply. I have had a proper reply now although still don't think he will look at what I said and check times etc to see if I lie or not but nothing I can do about that now. I'm not keeping this going tho I have said how I feel now and no point going over n over the same thing. We all have our experiences, some good some bad I suppose. I'm not saying all my experiences with gm are bad tho so although you have took it that way, don't. Far from it and I like they way soma has moved forward. It says in the rules each case is individual so that's all I expected was for facts to be checked and desicion made that way.

LOL that reply from the gm responsible of unfair bans and bans on "Unhuman behaviour" Suppose AIV jumping from one place to about range 10 away was pretty human like.
You have been reckless with your bans and you have ignored genuine complaints and obvious individuals i can't even give respect for your reply like fair enough you bring up good points about other games not discussing ect. However, in other games as a player you can submit reports or complaints about someone cheating/feeding(moba)/racism... you get the point, it will then be further investigated by someone who deals with bans in this case you. Now if you want to be the same as these other games i want you to imagine a guy from wow sending a picture of someone blocking a ramp or some passage way to Michael Morhaime (president and CEO of blizzard) afaik may of changed, would he arrange a ban for that guy or will he simply fix the problem at hand? which essentially is a flaw in the game that the developers should deal with. I don't want it to come across as an attack on you guys because we all know if isylver catches wind of it i'll be straight banned i'm just trying to figure out why you had to be so dictatorish in your reply why not discuss the problem at hand with the usercount in a manner that makes us feel part of the game we have all done our bit in keeping this game alive not as much as isylver/finito but we have contributed so why treat us like we are below you ghost?

I first need to get hold of Finito or Sylver to discuss it. Then I need to hope they have the time to hear me out. Even if that happens, Finito will tell me how easily it is fixable, or not. And even then it can stiill take a while because Finito is busy too. Sometimes of course, we did see it happen. This is what happened with D3 walls as well as the GV healer. People love to judge me anyway. But that's ok, that's partly why I'm here. You guys moan and cry toward me for not doing exactly what you want because you have seen something in your world.

I think if ppl are caught botting once the character should be perminantly deleted (is it like this already or just a short ban?) the thought of ppl botting personally puts me of soma and kinda makes me not wanna play anymore when I have worked so hard to lvl up mine yano, and I think if it was perminant ppl would think twice about doing it,should just delete anyone whos been caught botting now even from the past haha and I also think this is a good thing nice one gm's :D
