Do you get this from somewhere else?

Sunhyn in abias says “you’ve already learn this magic” but it’s only lvl3.

I have spoken to inwhang and have got lvl4 spirit sword.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Do it via “have conversation” not upgrade 🤙
