Starting to get into INT training and once you get to 100+ you're looking at ways to speed it up as the low cast speed makes it painful compared to melee training where you can work on recoil.

Warp necklaces are great 0~10 or w/e MA but could we give an alternative that's a low fixed MA.

E.g modify Wicked necklace (id 1103) from -

Magic Attack : 1~2(100%)
WIS + 3
Max MP + 3
Dura 200

to

Magic Attack : 3(100%)
WIS + 5
Max MP + 25
Dura 750

Just so it gives mages more choice to 0~10MA. And you'd be making a old school item semi useful again.

-Gives another accessible access piece thats worth getting / training aid
