One of the best things being was Cure without the weighty status cleaning pots. That of course was when pvp was much slower paced so casting cure was very viable. That and a lot of good pvp (guild wars) was done walking, running was/is disabled. When the Halberd/Ruby Spear tier arrived, those M tags were so rare for a long long time it kept the previous tier somewhat relevant. My point to all of that ^ is that I believe they were intending / wanted to do similar here and so why it isn't craftable now and wanted to roll it in later - and stage it... not sure, it certainly could be in mind made craftable though. Now M tags drop from Negamare. Would be nice to see things other than recoil on weapons... I'll give it a +1[/quote]
