Wotw % - its been a while

Ladies and gents just wanted to bring up a discussion n the wow % and see what everyone's feeling are towards it.

In my own opinion going by the last 7 or so wars I feel % should be upped for devils, not to 100% but something slightly more than what it is at the moment. I just feel when all hsoma was smashing int as their main weapon the % made sense. Now more and more humans are coming up in str and they do hurt.

Im basing this off my own experience, im by no means a high lvl but I wouldn't class myself as low (68 so you guys judge id say thats mid these day's) im also knux class. Now I get wiped out by most int very quickly at wow but I completely agree that this should happen as ive only done one punch lvl. But ive had many a knuckle v knuckle fight against secret and i get dropped everytime, no matter what the % we are on ( these are 1v1 fights, with no pots or int ) now im using one of the best epic KoDs in dsoma atm I think, and have higher str and dex as far as our last chat went, i'm not saying I should be one hitting him. But im thinking maybe one or 2 fights should go my way.

Like I said this is my own personal experience and views, I dont speak for all of dsoma. Im just suggesting up the % slightly in our favour, or even to try it for one war, maybe without broadcasting it so it dosent effect turnout.

I think that also is a big factor tthat majority of dsoma isn't very active any more due to balance issues.

Would like some feedback people, and lets just try and keep it civil.

Unfortunately its all artificial I think.

Humans never really turned up in numbers for ages for whatever soma political reason and devils did.
% got hammered.

Now humans turn up and devils don't.


The only true way would make a % system based off numbers and levels attending that wotw. (Impossible i'd imagine).

the main issue is the high MA humans have against the low MD of devils

upping any percent would just leave the human melee chars with even less chance of doing any reasonable damage to a devil

I don't think % is the main issue.

devils def dex /humans major MA are the main problems as to why people seem unhappy/unwilling to turn up to such event

I agree the % needs looking at.

Humans have won the last few at a canter.

Another factor to take in to account is you have level 80 and 90 plus humans fighting level 60 and 70 devils for the most part. I am aware higher level devils turn up however on the whole the mid level humans do not.

It dosnt motivate devils to see their f10 stats are 60% of what they actualy are.

Rather than increasing the % I'd like to see it work a bit differently (rather than affecting F10 stats directly, make it affect incoming damage after defenses).

Increasing it now will only result in a Devil win-streak and we'll be back to this exact same position.

But you dint c the 700 i lost in bits of 50 + you the only kill i had (last hit)+ we lost conti few times.

I got 550 pos off ceo008 once, he was dueling outside the safe zone and I ran out n got a lucky last hit. But yeah I see how that now balances the % argument. I get maybe 1 kill a wow if my lucky... now considering I die maybe 20 times, I see how the balance works, we just have to land those lucky last hits, it all makes perfect sense...

No single player will get a kill on someone unless they are of a considerably higher level. Due to +100s it'll always be a team effort and in that - a lucky last hit.

A dex cap of 120 with an increased attack% (don't know how much top human melee hurts devs to comment on defence %) would be nice. If possible at a trial at least.
