Someone posts a blinding +8 wep suddenly rates are nerfed discreetly, everything failing at anvil etc. I am convinced drop rates have on and off cycles and do not follow their drop rate %'s 100% of the time. Too often its feast or famine instead of gravitating toward math and average time spent over 1000's of hours.

on and off cycles i totally agree.. but meant the larger picture over an extended time should.. probably will have better figures than the last stats posted about the anvil when Fin posted last year.

Yeah it would be lovely to have all the rates in the armoury including the anvil but those rates could change tomorrow. I just think we should be informed of any changes because we are acting on information we have accumulated and choosing to spend our time chasing certain items. Id only be for rate reveal if its hard coded in the armoury so we can see any changes so its transparent.

would doubt gm's are tinkering away with anvil rates every day because of a few weps being made.. however......
