Quest where as a reward you get a solo boss, just for you alone.
Can use troll cave in merc as a mini dungeon. Can make it a weekly, montly, ... event Maybe like a mini Negamare, where boss spawns adds which you have to kill first before you can dmg him again. With stages, and each stage spawns higher mobs. Or make it a random mini version of the existing bosses. Boss drops end game weaps/armor and upgrade stuff, shards, ... For ppl who can't always paricipate in boss fights, prefer the solo game, or just want to have something to do during end game. This just came up in my head, so haven't thought very long about this and realise idea needs to be worked on.

Can also make it level dependant/ranged? so lower levels can still try, might drop items around that level / upgrades?

Or akin to wow etc it could be live to your party members rather than pure solo
