"MANDELA"thought if u took rested down to 0% then the next, first 5% rested was qwikker It used to be the case that you could only regenerate about 5% in the first day, then about 10% on each subsequent day - that's all long gone now. I think it's just a flat rate dependant on your level now.

when i logged the other day had no rested, logged on after like 5 hours or so and only had 6% rested lol

Prob worth speeding it up at higher levels, takes over 2 weeks for it to fill for me. Also freemode isnt the same rate as towns so that was pointless too as you get like 0.02 an hour.

well..whatever it is .. ul gain more xp playing on unrested than waiting for it.. kill 2x as many mobs and get 2x the drops.. win win situation playing unrested ;p
