At level 100 can you gain str/dex/int from lvl100.00%exp up to lvl100.99%exp?
At level cap - whatever it is - can you gain still gain skill? (Isylver was sure that you could gain skill but unsure as to first question) |

Yes, a devil does also long as there not on the str cap.
Oversly they can't pass lvl 100 99% to get there stats atm, but they will be there once you can |

You can still gain charisma, weapon skill, magic skill, and crafting skill at level 100 99%.
