At what str (or dex?) should you move from hell trolls to new raps?

238str

238 is optimal, but very hard to reach. You will get same stats per % at vafer as you would at trolls, so most people are just saying fk all and hunting them anyways for better drops. But you do need plenty dex (they have 200 offensive dex), I say at least 160/165

For 99% on vafer you need roughly 182-185dex base
full Eva 7% set n titus 11% boots and more than 20 Dex in access and dodge if u don't have a 7% shield

Also, if you have tons the dex 180, but quite low str 210, should you continue dex (bow/knuck) or do str and switch to axe?

This was on a 170dex 225 str char- was getting str with axe at 2.43% at trolls and raptors only difference was 7 hits for .1% at raps and 5 hits for .1 at trolls unrested was 9-10 hits per .1% , with bow same sort of % per dex
