Seems to only happen to melee chars, but when you and a monster both run onto the same spot, it causes the client to crash which can be frustrating as it can cause you to die and warp.

Associated with attack command while landing on the same spot as a mob you're going after, client doesn't like two guys fighting on the same square :P

This is a bug that I get a lot especially at altered beasts, I pretty much run inside the mob then next attack crashes the client.

I've had this bug far too much. It only generally occurs when you run up to the mob by clicking it, instead of running near the mob and then click it. It still occurs in both scenarios however.
This is especially frustrating in pvp as you're pretty much clicking your target to run to it all the time.

Penumbra, I have had that happen as well in WotW, etc, and be completely dc dead upon restart. It's unfortunate and really annoying. Same with mobs, run onto one and dc and if I'm near a shit ton of them, I'm rushing to DC myself.

*BUMP*
I think this issue is becoming a larger problem as it severely affects PvP. Running into anyone or meeting them at the same spot and attacking often causes instant disconnect as we land right on top of them and it confuses the client. Can any blue address this please?
