ROCH	The speed up thing would be pretty cool as a new 200 weapon skill aura (for which weapon I do not know). If it required a target rather than clicking somewhere on the floor & with a decent cool down it could add a new dynamic; you'd have to be careful with it as it could get you in the shit as much as it could be effective, so itd require some thought to use. Few cleverly implemented and well thought out 200 skill auras/spells/buffs/debuffs could probably break the stalemate.
