FLICKTHEBEAN	Unless I'm mistaken, Dsoma don't have evasion to contend with, just dex differences, which has hard caps on hit/evasion rates. So the accuracy is more effective there, for PvP. - post subject to changes I'm unaware of, as I haven't played in quite some time.
