Could we have this NPC on all the time to allow access to lvl 4 spells? Seems now everyone is farming him for moral which I've no objection, it's just I'm not on a lot to catch him.

Is it possible to keep him out and keep the cool down for moral?

he gives 5 moral points, i would remove it imo and just use him for level 4 spells but mind you you only get the moral points if your below neutral
