As regards for your comment about wow world pvp - i dont play the game but wow is heavily more funded, and id imagine the intial game deisgn before soma or anything was relased had a much bigger budget! This is relevant to dyanmics such as balancing etc. but to be fair to blizzard enetertainment i cant exactly imagine them, leaving what is known known as a bug fgo around for 4 years withotu it being changed until the dominant guild of the game decides its a bug and then its changed. the change only benefited mages as warriors will stil lbe 1 banged. on that note dark legacy should be called mages legacy - enjoy guild village war again this week and pk. tell dl pm me when proc is decent again (maximum of 5 procs for mixed gear 3 procs the same gear or change hero clasp ). Make tocs more valuable again as currently useless as no1 needs to make anything, unless your testing the amount of procs stacked - and its pretty shitt .
