As I've said a few times: limited mats on esoma sort of made sense, if only to slow people down and help lock them in for another month.
On a server like this there is no reason that stands up to even the vaguest scrutiny. If they're not hard to get, as certain people like to pop in and insist, then increasing the amount wouldn't make any difference. The other reason people have brought up is 'omg the bots would get to 200 skill in 40 mins and omg think of the children' which tends to ignore the fact that happens all the time anyway, Getting the mats shouldn't be more tedious than the actual crafting. Having another character parked at jinmoo 24/7 and pissing around transferring mats shouldn't be the solution.

Fairer sharing of mats is by more mats available or the frequency of restocks made much quicker than the present 20, 40, 50 and 60 minutes waiting of restocks. Your suggestion is for increasing price of mats by 10 times is stupid. Your suggestion of only being able to buy 500 mats every 10 seconds is stupid. Use your time more wisely and spend it on that other server and leave this server to the players that play it.

"RAVENSOUL"Crafting is already the biggest Barr sink in soma. calling someones idea stupid is really good idea raven, thanks! very good! maybe if u stopped shitting on others ideas and paid attention to the detail you will see its a great idea. just needs a few tweaks crafting is only a bar sink if u craft with a full inventory. anything u make after around 40 skill is proift? thats ur choice to have a bar sink not the games solution? add in a material for each item in the shop. leather, wood, cloth, metal, meat and whatever u use for pots but make it cost alot of bar so people have to make the trade of being able to get fast skill or sell as u craft like it used to be

Tbh Raven you were always level headed in the past when I actually played, and in general a large positive impact on the community.
Since I’ve frequented the forum a little more recently, when you see an idea you disagree with you do tend to shit on it, rather than speaking with logic, respect and manners - just an observation. If you’re looking to help others see things through a different perspective, insulting them, their idea, their way of thinking from the off isn’t going to help that 99/100 times.

my last word on the subject - I personally have put many hundreds of hours into this game for the betterment of it to directly help Dan and Fin and all of the players - with manuals and guides, the wiki and a lot of effort and time in the VT team while i was in it. What have you actually contributed to make it a better game for players? Nothing. You just kiss-up like a good little sycophant at every up-date release and spend the rest of your time whinging and moaning about crafting and your own personal wants. If someone doesn't agree with you - then you are very rude and negative. I suspect that you are a sad little boy, not too bright, and are certainly not worth my time debating with anymore here
