Faster cast rate

MEMORY	GM had on main site how to increase cast rate then took it down the next day. I've seen people casting much faster than i while hunting. Anyone could explain how please? EDICIUS	the tolerance was removed as it was causing issues im sure. there are some people who appear to use something else. most probably use the likes of pingzapper tho.
