seems to be a lot of low lvl throw away chars just running around to spam these spells on players and It can be rather frustrating when theres not much you can to get get rid of these, I know a forced warp has been put in place but people seem to find way around things.
what I was thinking was making the duration of these spells scale with lvl and or int , similar to what the duration of 3rd/5th axe scales with. would only be a pvp aspect and wouldn't want it to effect those who use for hunting purposes thoughts?

don't like the way 3rd/5th axe scale anyhows
but if theres a min time (maybe slightly less than the time now) then scale it on staff skill |

Nerf lower levels ability to use status spells and see no lower levels at GVW / WOTW.
