Why was the valour staff post deleted after ericbanna on discord said nothing wrong with the ma on valour staff tho the current active community disagree???
your also comparing non tagged staffs????? you missed the point? 450 valour 15 mill for an extra 3 ma? RVR wise the maximum and minimum ma on dsoma valour staff is ridiculously high compared to hsoma valour staff? RVR will be pointless.

As for your argument compared to dsoma unfortunately you’re comparing apples and pears (see every single item in dsoma vs hsoma) so again that is not something that wants us to change the hsoma staff.

Yes, so an epic tag can add 30%
26-34 = 34 - 44 (epic tag) 35-46 = 46 - 60 (epic tag) This then becomes around a 35% difference (the more base att the more the percentage makes a difference) |

epic nega staffs are weak anyway mages do not bother with them only int ... its ok for melle to use rare epic nega weps they can +8 them ... how many staffs have been made that are +8 - nega melle weps ToE can be used, spellbound needs to be used for staffs .. there is only the palus quest to obtain 1 ... then you need nega tears to make spellbound lilac how is that right?
if an epic orb gains around 14 MA compared to an int nega staff +2 it is not worth it. I have seen epic orb in game with 62 MA upped +2 .. nega bow int - max around 80 dmg - epic valor bow can be 130+? - same with all the other melle weapons (that mages can not use) any melle char can change weapon they use to suit the best dmg. 1 hit and 4th with bow nn mages .. I wonder why all the mages have left there chars behind and started on new melle ones. (mages rely on proc fact - doesnt cast as much as you would think full set rings necklace earing is what just over 50%) you can have full set etc and only get 1 proc in 5 - 6 hits) white mages in soma there are not so many - black mages alot more - dispell aura white mage only - black mages have 0 chance good luck trying to cast g bird and run seems fun. make changes to the game because they are needed do not let people on here or on discord try and tell you not to do something because they do not agree. we must look at the facts because they look at us.

I personally feel mages are crazy powerful Derek.
Yes, melee now have a way to 2 hit a mage that doesn’t have high strength, but mages have been hit and proccing melee characters for a long time. Use feathers, stone, and proc with precast. Mages don’t need buffing, you just need to adapt as melee had to when proc was added.

I see so it is the mages turn to suffer with no weapons or armor? why not have it balanced?
mages can not cast - they run round in full armor yet new weps will ultimately 2 hit any of them. why can melle chars wear ancient? yet it has no use to mages? they can then use the best armor in game champion yet some mages can not wear it? they get gear to deal with mages, and gear to deal with melle chars? melle chars can stop 99% of hsoma mages from casting yet dsoma black mages get dispell? like you said use stone, pvp now revolves around 5th axe .. 5th a melle char in ancient and that has decent int mage can not kill alone .. 5th a mage knux will out the weak and kill every time. champion armor make equivalent that can be equipped with INT mages can not even wear MD against other mages because it is not worth it, melle chars will kill you even quicker.

I got +8 proc gear (3 fp on top of the +5),
Hero clasp and emblem
Still get 2 hit by valour bow, mages have been op for long time now warriors is ![/quote]

I agree with the ancient armour it’s a waste of space for mages and I wouldn’t trade a single frog for a piece.
It’s purpose isn’t for mages though, it’s for melee to use. It shouldn’t exist, but as it does, mages should have gotten an Intelligence requiring defence set, a bit above Titus defence but requiring 200 Intelligence, mimicking ancients purpose for melee but flipped. If the new weapons upped really are as bad for balance as you say, then they will either have to sort it by adding better armour easily available, or see a lot of people leave, but I haven’t seen them in action. I haven’t experienced the new weapons properly yet to give an informed opinion, but I feel qualified enough to say they should burn ancient out of the database 😂.
