Boss monsters on timers.

With the user count being very low over the last few months could we look into halving the respawn timers on all bosses that spawn from a timer.

Trading souls/shards have been somewhat impossible the ones hunting are not trading as there is no trading happening ingame.

I believe this will have a positive effect in game. The items all monsters drop are not worth anything to anyone capped and will help lower levels with trading.

Spawning bosses even more frequent will just reward the boss hunters even more so absolutely no benefit due to the same players still not trading souls.

Spawning more frequently means more people get a chance? If a boss spawns once every 6 days having it spawn every 3 days means everyone has a better chance of being online at some point in that week.

What you’re saying is because someone plays a lot this shouldn’t happen because they will get more but when in fact there will be more chance of other people getting it thus trading for them better easier.

In an ideal world yes I would agree, but this isn’t and it’s soma and we all know the 24/7 players will just be the winners as they already are at present.

We all know that main guilds monopolise bosses and god forbid anyone not in either of the main 2 guilds will be run off from bosses as already happens if they turn up.

I’m not sure how we fix this problem then pal, do we just keep it as bosses spawning once a week and only the 24/7 keep getting them?

maybe make bosses spawn after a preset number of related mob kills... so no timers as such at all

Persnoly id want more boss mobs/ tweak the less hunted ones

Remove there world shout and make them untraceable

Basicly promoting more random find boss mobs

Can also reduce the boss spawns abit also

For bosses it’s been suggested many times...

Remove the warning shouts that a boss is about to spawn.

Expand there spawning spot from 1 to maybe 9-12 areas to keep there spawning random.

Make there spawning times random ranging from x hour to y hours.

But if the purpose of the thread is to acquire more souls, then the fairest way to include all types of players casual to hardcore then simply add them to buy with dailies x amount per soul etc.

Edit - regarding bosses in vod - was suggested ages back that instead of bosses spawning on there own ie when there timer ends to spawn each boss that when a boss reaches its spawning time it randomly gets to pick 3-5 other vod bosses to fight alongside it against us the players. Would spice it up abit, a group of bosses taking on groups of players would create randomness not knowing how many you will face or who extra you might face up to.

With immunity pots in play nobody can be run off from anything though?

you can also just monopolise POS farming using alt's and buy from conti.. ;p
