Slightly out of date wiki is a good place to start: https://myth-of-soma.fandom.com/wiki/Myth_Of_Soma_Wiki
I can't find it right this second, but there is a soma help file for ctrl+h ingame that is on this forum somewhere. Also the discord on the bottom of the home page can be a good place to ask questions. Also pm some familiar / high level names you see in tyt who can give you advice.
