Ok after you've done the Tyrant Clasp Quests, and the Valour Scroll Quests from the Powerful Purpose repeatable Quest , What else can you use them Tomes for ??

I think make tomes quest for valour scrolls repeatable. Takes such a long time to do 5k mobs that there's no chance of exploiting it
