If you had x amount of items with the same proc on them it could potentially proc off each piece at the same time, the fix was to correct this so that each piece of item with the same proc now stacking (added all pieces together as one proc) Your proc items are just a visual bug when placed in your warehouse or guild stash they show correctly when in your inventory or equipped on you.
